CuraLike is an online dress discovery engine for the busy, American professional woman.
When I joined the team, there was a brilliant set of engineers working on this interesting problem statement: Dress discovery engine solving for dress size and style – isn't that a pesky little gamble we all go through when we shop for dresses online?
They wanted a boost in terms of UX and visual design. It was a small team and we onboarded as sole designers – we were generalists working to increase user engagement, dabbling with the new and the familiar and help the TG slide down the smooth userflow to find their perfect fit dress!

This case study summarizes the project that eventually emerged from our area of visual design expertise and new UX learnings: a fresh identity and complementary UI design system.

I was the first designer on the team, closely collaborating with four developers and
one product manager – later joined by one more designer.
